Financial due diligence and IPO readiness

Due diligence and IPO readiness reports, drafted and verified.

Casadila Advisory gives engagement teams a cited first draft of the report in hours. Specialist agents analyse the data room, a verifier ties every figure to a source page, and your preparer, reviewer and partner sign off before anything leaves the firm.

Access is by invitation. Outputs are drafts for professional review, not audit, legal or investment advice.

Engagements

Built for two kinds of engagement

Each engagement type comes with its own template, section agents and review workflow, tuned for professional-services delivery.

Financial due diligence

Buy-side or vendor financial due diligence: quality of earnings, net debt, working capital, revenue, tax and legal risk.

  • Quality of earnings
  • Net debt and debt-like items
  • Red flags

IPO readiness

Financial statement readiness, internal controls, revenue recognition, disclosures and peer comparison before a listing.

  • Internal controls (SOX)
  • Revenue recognition (ASC 606)
  • Peer comparison
Process

From data room to a signed-off report

01

Data room intake

Upload financial statements, management accounts, contracts and tax filings. Files are parsed, OCR'd and every figure is extracted with its page reference.

02

Agents draft each section

A dedicated agent per section, from quality of earnings to net debt, revenue, tax and controls, runs in parallel with its own tools and guardrails.

03

Every claim verified

A verifier rejects uncited statements and numbers that do not tie to the source documents. Gaps are flagged for the team instead of being smoothed over.

04

Preparer, reviewer, partner

The report moves from draft to review to partner approval. Edits, comments and approvals are recorded, and the report is locked once approved.

Controls

Built for work that a partner signs

Casadila Advisory keeps the professional in charge: agents draft and verify, people review and approve, and the record shows both.

Three-stage sign-off

Draft, in review, partner approved. Reviewers can send a report back with a comment; approved reports are locked until reopened.

Exports released on approval

Until a partner approves, every export is stamped “DRAFT: not reviewed” so an unreviewed draft cannot be mistaken for the deliverable.

Citations to the page

Each finding links to the source page. Edited numbers are re-verified before they count as supported.

Guardrails on every model call

Prompt-injection defence, personal data redaction and human holds on sensitive terms, enforced by the Obiguard gateway.

Full audit trail

Who changed what and when: edits, accepted findings, approvals and exports are logged per engagement.

Dedicated environment

This edition runs as its own instance with its own database, storage and keys, separate from other editions.

Outputs

One report, three formats

PDF report

Print-ready report with footnoted citations and an appendix of sources.

Word document

Editable report for the engagement team and client review cycle.
